Marketing For Good: Empowering The Community

MDW Agency was founded in the middle of a global health pandemic, nationwide protests calling for racial and economic justice, and a polarizing presidential campaign.


It's true that 2020 highlighted some of the most evident short-comings our nation has to offer.


Through this period of anxiety and despair, somehow, as we always do, we found the will to carry on. Our thought-leaders inspired us, our business leaders lent a helping hand, and our neighbors offered an ear to listen.


The community rose up. This highlighted the best in us.


While small and local businesses suffered from the economic fallout of the pandemic, non-profit organizations had to adapt with already limited resources, and community organizers picked up the mantle once more.


Each of these groups require a great deal of support. An effort that requires all of us. While none of us individually possess that coveted silver bullet, we do hold the keys to their future.


MDW Agency was founded to respond to these crises, to close the ever-present gaps.


Our mission is to serve the community we live in. We committed ourselves to something more, to doing good.


At the outset, we launched our flagship initiative: Marketing For Good.


This program targets small and local businesses, non-profit organizations, and community causes. The express purpose of Marketing For Good is to provide economical, strategic communications efforts to advance the causes not only of these organizations, but of our friends and neighbors who lead them.


Thus far, we've launched branding campaigns for small online businesses. We've worked with non-profit organizations providing communications support. And we took the streets with demonstrators to document the movement for racial justice.


And we're just getting started.


Marketing For Good was created to support the goals of dreamers and doers, creators, artists; the movers and shakers. These are the folks that represent the foundation on which our communities rest.


In a line, we don't just believe in the power of community. We believe in empowering our community.
